We are confident in all the products and brands we stock. Our customers satisfaction is our priority, therefore we offer hassle free exchanges or refunds.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item due to incorrect sizing, change of mind or otherwise, please contact us at info@ninocruz.com with details of the item you wish to exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. We accept returns as long as the item is new, unused, with all packaging intact and tags attached. We will not accept items if they are worn or washed. 'Niño Cruz' reserves the right to assess all returns before issuing an exchange or refund. Please note: the buyer is responsible for the postage cost incurred in returning the goods to us and will not be reimbursed for original postage charges even if qualified for free shipping promotion.

EXCHANGES

If you are exchanging an item you will be responsible for the postage cost incurred in returning the goods to us, and supplying a pre-paid self addressed postage bag for us to return the goods to you. Alternatively, we can provide one for $8.00aud (within Australia).
We understand that as a buyer it is unsatisfying being responsible for the postage costs incurred for a refund or an exchange, however as a small business, we simply are not able to absorb this cost. Please email us at info@ninocruz.com.au if you have any questions. We are always happy to help.

RETURNS

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a full replacement or refund in the event a replacement can not be provided.
